Having trouble with your download?
If you’ve purchased a product and are having trouble accessing your download:
- Check your email inbox (including your spam or junk folder) for your order confirmation
- Log into your account at focusexcellence.com and visit My Account → Orders
- If you’re still stuck, email us at info@focusexcellence.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out quickly
