Orders & Downloads
How do I receive my product after purchasing? All our products are digital downloads. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your download link. You can also access your purchases anytime by logging into your account and going to My Account → Orders.
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do? First, check your spam or junk mail folder, our emails sometimes end up there. If it’s not there, log into your account and check your order history. Still nothing? Email us at info@focusexcellence.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Can I re-download my purchase if I lose the file? Yes. Log into your account at any time and visit My Account → Orders to re-download your files. We recommend saving a backup copy to your device or cloud storage after downloading.
What file formats do you use? Most of our products are delivered as PDFs, which can be opened on any device using free software like Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview, or any PDF viewer. Where applicable, we also offer compatible formats for popular apps like GoodNotes, Notability, and Notion. Each product page lists the formats included.

Do I need to be diagnosed with ADHD to use your products? Absolutely not. Our products are designed for anyone who finds traditional planning systems frustrating or ineffective. Many of our customers don’t have an ADHD diagnosis, they just appreciate tools that are flexible, forgiving, and built around real life.
Can I print your digital planners? Yes! All our PDF planners are print-friendly. We recommend printing on standard letter-size paper (8.5 x 11 inches). Some products also include a printer-friendly version with a white background to save ink.
Do your planners work with apps like GoodNotes or Notability? Many of our planners are optimized for digital annotation apps. Each product page will tell you which apps are compatible. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask us before purchasing.
Will you be adding new products? Yes, regularly. The best way to hear about new releases is to subscribe to our email list, we send updates to subscribers first.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Payment is processed securely and we do not store your card details.
Are your prices in US Dollars?
Yes, all prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions on our website are encrypted and processed through trusted payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Refunds
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Because our products are digital and available immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. Please read product descriptions carefully before buying, and feel free to ask us questions beforehand.

What if the file doesn’t work or is corrupted?
Email us at info@focusexcellence.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund if we can’t resolve it.
