Digital products, please read before purchasing

All products sold on Focus Excellence are digital downloads. Because our files are delivered instantly and electronically, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the download has been accessed.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about whether a product is right for you, please contact us before buying, we’re happy to help.

When we will issue a refund

While we have a no-refund policy on digital products, we will always make it right in the following situations:

  • You were charged twice for the same order
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working replacement
  • You did not receive your download and we cannot resolve the delivery issue

In any of these cases, please email us at info@focusexcellence.com with your order number and we will respond within 1–2 business days.

Compatibility

Our digital products are provided as PDF and/or compatible file formats. Please ensure you have the appropriate software to open your files before purchasing. We list the required software on each product page.

We do not offer refunds for incompatibility with software or devices that are not listed as supported.

Courses and memberships

Refund terms for courses and memberships will be listed separately on their respective pages at the time of launch.
